What should I do if an item shipped to me is damaged?
First, you should rest assured that maryloubags.com checks all products with a strict quality assurance checklist. The checks include the appearance of the goods,the packaging.
If by any case the item was damaged, please send it back to us, and offer a photo to clarify the situation. We will deal with it correspondingly.
Can I return products without requesting?
No. You need to request us no matter what items you want to return because we need to refund or exchange items for you according the RMA number provided to you.
Should I provide tracking number after I return the item?
The returned items are required to return by local regular post mail. A tracking number with the local regular post mail is necessary due to the high loss rate of international shipping.

Can I return the incompatible items?
If an item you received isn't compatible with your equipment, you may return it providing that:

2. The item is in its original display package, which must also be in new condition and sellable condition.

How long should I wait for a refund after I returned the item?
